It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. Our founder, Erin Lavadan, has been in the corporate learning and development space for over 15 years. While trying to develop top-tier leadership programs for both managers and executives, she noticed a lack of quality learning videos that could be easily inserted into these programs, and sought to fill that gap.
